Meet Manny, a first-generation Mexican American inspired by his parents’ relentless work ethic and driven to carve his own path. As a licensed general contractor with over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, Manny brings a deep understanding of craftsmanship and quality to everything he does.

Leveraging his background in union construction, he successfully transitioned into full-time real estate investing in 2022. His passion lies in breathing new life into homes that need a little TLC restoring them to their original charm and creating beautifully remodeled spaces for first-time homebuyers to enjoy for years to come.

When he’s not working on a project, Manny enjoys relaxing with Netflix, staying active through exercise, hitting the golf course, and spending quality time with his family.

Meet Ricky, one of the founders, is a licensed general contractor and licensed real estate agent. He knows firsthand how overwhelming tough financial situations can be. Growing up, his parents bought a home at the peak of the market in 2006 and faced the challenges of the 2008 housing crash. This personal experience inspired his dedication to helping homeowners navigate difficult situations with compassion and understanding.

Outside of work, Ricky is a devoted husband and father of two, with a third child on the way. He’s passionate about staying active and enjoys playing soccer and basketball, as well as spending quality time with his family.
